Refund policy

At Greater Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you're not satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it under the following conditions:

Product Condition: Items must be new and unused.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

Method: Returns are handled by mail only.

Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in your package – return shipping is free.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We gladly accept exchanges under the same 3 day window and new condition requirement. Exchanges are also processed by mail using the included return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
