Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders only within India.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹75 per order across India.
There are no additional or hidden shipping charges.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
Total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping Methods & Courier Partners
We ship orders through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers, depending on service availability at the delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
Tracking information may take up to 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may return the shipment to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as per our policy.
